Husqvarna TC 242 TX with rear collector

The Husqvarna TC 242 TX is a powerful and comfortable 200 series garden tractor, specifically designed for maintaining medium-sized to large lawns. With its 108 cm wide reinforced cutting deck and powerful Kawasaki FR 651V twin-cylinder engine, it offers high mowing performance and reliable operation.

The 4-stroke petrol engine features a displacement of 726 cm³ and an output of 16.0 kW (21.74 hp). The hydrostatic pedal-operated transmission allows for comfortable and precise control of driving speed. Forward and reverse motion can be conveniently controlled via separate pedals.

The reinforced cutting deck is equipped with two Husqvarna blades and offers a cutting width of 108 cm. The cutting height can be adjusted in six positions between 38 and 102 mm. Four anti-scalp wheels on the cutting deck ensure proper tracking and reduce the risk of lawn damage on uneven ground.

The integrated rear collector with a capacity of 320 litres allows for efficient collection of clippings. The electromagnetic blade engagement allows for convenient switching of the blades on and off via a control lever on the dashboard.

For added comfort, the TC 242 TX features a particularly ergonomic deluxe steering wheel as well as a comfortable deluxe seat with high-quality vinyl upholstery and thick padding. The LED headlights ensure good visibility in poor lighting conditions.

The robust construction with a cast iron front axle and a reinforced front bumper ensures high stability and durability. The integrated mulch function allows the lawn to be mulched without having to leave the driver's seat.

The Husqvarna TC 242 TX is therefore a versatile and powerful solution for larger lawn areas of up to approximately 8,000 m².
