Main Functions

Pyrolysis – Automatic Cleaning

The pyrolysis function significantly simplifies oven cleaning. The oven locks itself and heats up to a very high temperature to turn grease and food residues into ash.

Two cleaning levels are available:

• Eco mode for light soiling, especially grease

• Intensive mode of approx. 2 hours for stubborn and encrusted dirt

After the cycle, simply wipe away the ash residue with a damp sponge.

PowerHotAir – Fan-assisted Cooking

The PowerHotAir function allows cooking to begin without preheating in many situations. Hot air is distributed quickly and evenly throughout the oven, allowing simultaneous cooking on up to three levels.

Different dishes can be cooked at the same time without significant mixing of flavours, saving time and energy.

Hob controlled by the oven

The ceramic hob is controlled directly by the oven's control elements located underneath, for convenient and centralised operation.

Telescopic rails – 2 levels

The two telescopic rails allow baking sheets and drip pans to be easily pulled out. This makes checking and removing dishes easier, while also offering greater convenience and safety.

Pizza Function

The Pizza function is specially designed for preparing pizzas and bread. It promotes crispy and even cooking, similar to the result obtained in a stone oven.
